Volunteers & Interns
T
he NYCIP seeks volunteers and interns on a year-round basis. For those interested in independent publishing, an internship at the NYCIP can offer insight into the field at large, as well as foster understanding of the independent literary scene in NYC and beyond.
Interns & volunteers will have the opportunity to be an integral part of the NYCIP’s signature programs, including: the annual Independent and Small Press Book Fair, and the annual Benefit, which take place in the fall, and/or the New York Round Table Writers’ Conference, and the Emerging Voices series, which take place in the spring.
